Context

Multiutility companies in the home automation and insurance industries.

Technology innovation in know-how intensive sectors is changing the offer of products and services as well as business models.  The new hybrid age affects and contaminates products, services and commercial offers: the products of multiutility companies or high-tech companies may be distributed by an insurance company and vice versa.  Skills of the sales staff must be adapted and updated in a reskilling process in order to implement new commercial strategies.

How can sales skills of account managers, agents and partners be updated and enhanced quickly?

How can training be adapted depending on roles, entry levels of learners and customer segments?


Solution

We created flexible digital platforms and special contents, working with both business and academic content experts.

E-learning courses are accessible from mobile devices, they are adapted to different profiles and have digital targeted contents depending on actual needs and roles: product training, sales strategies, effective communication, negotiation skills.


Result

Online training offer with a catalogue of courses including 50 titles with specialised topics and 20 titles on cross-cutting topics.

Over 1500 recipients reached in every platform.
